Why Yoga

The benefits of regular yoga and meditation practice are numerous. Many of the practices and techniques that yoga and similar teachings have postulated as beneficial for mental and physical harmony and well-being, have seen a come-back in recent years. With an increase in stress levels and number of distractions (e.g. continuous access to internet and social media) more and more are seeking guidance in how to bring balance and a sense of peace and belonging back into their lives.
