YOGA OFFERS YOU AN OPPORTUNITY TO RE-VITALISE AND NOURISH YOUR WHOLE BEING.

 

Our yoga classes are suitable for all abilities, fit or unfit, flexible or inflexible, old or young. The practices are easily adaptable to your needs and the teaching style is gentle and personal. 

Each class incorporates: 

  • physical practices (asanas) to release tensions, build strength and create flexibility
  • basic breathing methods and classic pranayama (expansion of life force) to increase efficiency of breath and balance and revitalise the whole system
  • meditation or deep guided relaxation practices to relax and steady the mind, build resilience and deepen the connection to your inner self.

What yoga does so excellently is provide us with tools for greater well-being on all levels, physical, mental & emotional, that can easily be integrated into daily life.  

The weekly classes provide regular practice, support and inspiration so you can take what you learn and apply it in your life in the way it works for you.
